Does it hurt?

No. It glides across damp skin with zero pain or discomfort. If you feel any scratching, your skin is too dry — re-mist and try again. It is gentle enough for your neck and under-eye area. The sensation is a very slight vibration, barely perceptible.

Is it actually ultrasonic or just vibrating?

It is genuinely ultrasonic at 26,000Hz — not a vibrating stick. An easy way to test it: put a drop of water on the blade while it is running. It instantly atomizes into a fine mist. A cheap vibrating device cannot do that. This is the same frequency used in professional ultrasonic facial equipment.

How often should I use it?

2 to 3 times per week is ideal for most skin types. More is not better — skin needs time to recover and renew between sessions. Many women use the Cleanse mode three times per week and the Infuse mode daily as part of their serum application.

Can I use it on my neck and décolletage?

Yes — and we strongly encourage it. The neck and décolletage show age just as visibly as the face. The Lift mode is especially effective on the neck. Keep skin damp and use the same gentle upward strokes.

What serums work best with the Infuse mode?

Water-based serums work best — hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and vitamin C serums. Avoid applying thick oils or cream moisturizers directly on the blade. Apply the serum to damp skin first, then use SONARA in Infuse mode to drive it deeper. Follow with your moisturizer afterward.

How long does one charge last?

Approximately two weeks with regular 2 to 3 times per week use. It charges via USB-C — the same cable as most modern phones. A full charge takes about 90 minutes. The LED indicator shows the battery level.

You do not need to return the product.

How fast does it ship?

We ship from a US warehouse. Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase and arrive in 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. We do not ship from overseas — every SONARA device comes from within the United States.
